BabyFit is a welcoming fitness class designed to help parents and caregivers regain a healthy body and mind after childbirth, while providing a supportive space to socialise and connect with others.
Suitable from 6 weeks post-partum (with GP sign-off), BabyFit offers a combination of light exercise and open conversation around parenting. Children are kept entertained with toys during the session, allowing you to focus on your wellbeing. The class is suitable for both walking and non-walking children.
