Description
This is a 25 minute lesson (in a 30 minute time-slot) for swimmers who are looking for specific instructions on how to improve their Front Crawl Stroke Technique.
This session will help improve on overall efficiency in the water, and correct any errors with breathing, arms, legs and timing of stroke. Ultimately it will help with Stamina and progress into Adult Coaching.
Swimmers must be able to swim a minimum distance of 100m to be suitable for the Front Crawl Clinic.
