Catering Operator

South Downs Leisure is seeking a dynamic and creative catering operator to deliver commercially successful, and customer focussed cafes at several its sites.

In addition to providing a high-quality service with great value product options, a key outcome also sought by this expression of interest is to provide meaningful opportunity to the community – whether through employment, social inclusion, economic or environmental benefits. 

 

Supporting South Downs Leisure in hosting events, functions and business meetings will also form a key component of the operational requirement for the successful operator.

 

This exciting and unique opportunity demands a strong emphasis on customer experience, innovative product options and the ability to meet the needs of leisure centre customers. 

 

Venues are purpose-built (kitchens, servery, and seating area) and can be viewed upon request.
