Try something new
Discover sessions designed to support relaxation, recovery and accessible exercise.
Reiki
Reiki is a holistic practice and energy-healing technique that channels universal life-force energy. Led by a practitioner, the session combines guided meditation with energy work to promote balance within the body, mind and spirit. It is intended to reduce stress, encourage deep relaxation and support the body’s natural healing processes.
Meditation
Relax your mind and body while restoring a sense of inner calm in a busy world. The session includes breathing exercises and guided meditation, followed by silent meditation or a journalling exercise.
Sound Bath
Sound baths support meditation through specially chosen instruments played at frequencies associated with deep relaxation. This session features crystal singing bowls tuned to resonate with the body’s chakra centres, alongside chimes and therapeutic percussion.
Active Health
A supportive exercise class for Exercise Referral clients, people managing a long-term health condition or injury, and anyone beginning their fitness journey who requires a little more support. Led by a qualified Exercise Referral instructor, the session includes low-impact cardio, light resistance and bodyweight exercises, mobility work and stretching. Exercises can be adapted to suit individual abilities.
