Our Fitness Advisors are here to help you create a free fitness plan tailored to your goals, just book a gym induction today. Or whether you prefer a quick 30-minute session or a structured 3- or 4-day routine, we have a number of free leaflets in our gyms with structured sessions.
Try a Friendly Class: Classes like LES MILLS THRIVE are perfect for those new to fitness or coming back after a break. They’re designed to be adaptable to all abilities, and our supportive instructors will guide you through every move, helping you feel comfortable and capable, try the first LES MILLS THRIVE class at our Fitness Fiesta with the class being introduced to our class timetables very soon.
Ease Into It: You don’t need to do it all at once. Start with a small commitment, like one class or workout a week, and build from there. Small steps add up to big changes.

- Want to dip your toe in? Swimming is a great low-impact workout for all abilities, and our pools across Worthing and Adur are ready to welcome you.
