I would highly recommend Southwick Leisure Centre.
There’s something for everyone, plenty of activities, to choose from, classes and the gym are focused on all age groups. It’s nice to feel you fit in at my age. Walking Netball, over 50s badminton, walking football and table tennis Lots for kids to do as well. Great facilities, all the staff are helpful, friendly.
Been with FIT4 for many many years. Used to go to Aquarena gym, would never change gyms it’s a great place and the staff are always on hand to help. Especially Helen and Courtney
