£30 fee per stall if no electricity required
£50 stall fee if electricity required
Payments for stalls will be taking by South Downs Leisure prior to the event date.
Applications will be reviewed by South Downs Leisure and successful stall holders will be contacted and bookings secured.
Spaces are limited.
All stallholders must hold valid public liability insurance and will be required to submit a copy to South Downs Leisure at the point of booking confirmation. Failure to do so may result in your stall slot being removed.
Personal generators will not be permitted on site.
A 6ft x2ft table can be borrowed from the organisers if prior arranged.
Any stalls requiring electricity must disclose that ....
Stalls with cooking features or relevant fire risk must bring a suitable fire extinguisher with them. Exhibitors should also be familiar, if applicable, with regulations concerning the use of inflammable liquids and gasses and their use in enclosed area.
Food exhibitors must hold the relevant qualifications/certificates such as food hygiene.
Exhibitors are responsible for the good order and cleanliness of their own stands.
Once stall fee has been paid to the organisers, the exhibitors can take any income made on their own stalls.
