Start the New Year feeling motivated, energised and ready to move at our FREE Fitness Fiesta at Worthing Leisure Centre.
This lively morning is all about trying something new in a relaxed, welcoming environment. Whether you are taking your first steps into fitness or looking to mix up your routine, the Fitness Fiesta gives you the chance to experience a range of group exercise sessions led by our expert instructors.
Expect an upbeat atmosphere, plenty of variety and sessions designed to suit different abilities, so you can move at your own pace and enjoy the experience.
What you can expect
You will be able to take part in a mix of energising and mindful classes including Les Mills BODYPUMP Heavy, Keiser indoor cycling, Qigong and meditation. It is a great way to explore different styles of exercise and find what works for you.
The event is completely free and open to everyone, so bring a friend, try something new and enjoy a morning focused on feeling good.
